This is
a proactive company. It has been in business over 10
years and has consistently improved, modified and expanded
its product line, services, and compensation to the
distributors. I have never before seen a company that
has done that --- given MORE to the distributors because
it is doing so well. It can be a mistake to be with
a company too new since you do not know if it will stay
in business and as well its services will be limited
and on the other side, if a company is too old and has
lost its market that can be a bad thing too.
Let me give
you two examples. Our company added an online shopping
cart for US citizens about 4 years ago and 2 years later
it added the Canadian shop online. Last year it expanded
its compensation benefits to distributors to include
numerous more levels so more distributors can profit,
added monthly bonus incentives that are very lucrative
(which means you can win extra money in a month) AND
added a car allowance. Take a close look at this compensation
plan and see for yourself. The company each month
creates a new candle scent and regularly adds more products
to its line. The more products you can market the more
opportunities to sell.

the incredible soy soap and the scents are great and
do not harm my skin. I also wanted a variety of products
to sell. Our company is constantly adding new scents
for the candles and adding new products as well.
Consumable

I
wanted a product that was consumable. If a product is
an excellent product and it is consumable and you need
to buy again once you have used the product then you
have more opportunities for selling. For instance, if
I was selling beds I would only be able to sell once
to any person. I can sell and sell and sell our candles
to the same people over and over....and because they
are so delicious smelling and there is very little soot,
they are popular. People become addicted to the smell
of our candles because they just love how the scent
lasts right to the end of the jar and is very strong.
Time
I
wanted a business that would not take up alot of time.
In some distributorship businesses you must attend regular
meetings and spend many hours a week promoting the business.
I did not want a business where I had to meet with a
group of people every week. I can market online to individuals
who wish a home base business and my territory for obtaining
distributors in all of the United States and very shorttly
all of Canada.
I
went through a period of time when I had to stop my
focus on my candle business. I continued to receive
my COTM and to receive residual income from my downline
BUT I took a break. Now I am on an upswing again. You
can do or not do anything you want with this business.
Take your time or not. Work at your own level selling
the products the way you want to sell. If selling online
is not for you then sell the products at parties or
at booths. We have numerous ways to sell in this business.
Part-time
or Full-time
I
wanted a business that I could grow at my own pace on
a part-time basis and work my way into a full-time job.
You can do this business in a small way (part-time)
or a big way (full-time). It all depends how much money
you want to make and how quick. One way or the other
as time goes by your commissions will increase because
that is the way it works. There are many people in the
organization that have become very successful very quickly.
I had never done marketing before and I picked it up
so quickly I surprised myself. The reason why is that
I have people working with me who are there for me every
single time I need them. I fit well into this myself
because I am the same kind of person. I love helping
people succeed. The one thing I will promise you is
that if you contact me about this business I will tell
you straight up the pros and cons.
All
MLM businesses have different features. Some features
suit a certain type of person and other features suit
another type of person. Feel free to ask me honestly
whether I think this business is for you. I would not
be comfortable having someone sign up who I know in
advance would not be right for this business. If you
are having a problem deciding what business to go with,
make a chart. Compare everything about each business
including the price of distributor materials, the length
of time in business, the resale ability of the product,
whether they actively improve the business, what does
the residual income plan provide, do they have a shopping
cart on their website, is it a product that alot of
people use, is it a product people need, how many ways
can you sell the product, how large is your selling
territory, what market are you selling to, are the ways
of selling suitable to your personality, does the company
provide adequate training materials, is the distributor
you are contacting about the business helpful and does
she or he show an interest in what your needs are, and
so on.
As
an example, if you are selling health cleansing products
you will need to consider that your niche for selling
those products is narrower than if you were selling
cookware. However, if you work in a gym maybe selling
health cleansing products is the perfect product for
you. Do your homework. Ask questions. If you are not
getting answers then you know you are with the wrong
distributor.
Training
The
company provides all the training material you need
for free in order to do the business successfully and
many distributors have also added training material
for other distributors to use to help show people how
they became successful. Have you ever heard the saying,
if you want to be successful, copy someone who is. Everyone
shares with everyone else and we all help each other.
The sky is the limit on the training material. We have
documents that can be downloaded, photoshop presentations,
conference calls that have been recorded by the top
sellers working all the different ways and teaching
everyone how they became successful at retail, at doing
fundraisers, at doing parties, at doing internet marketing,
at selling at booths and flea markets, etc.. There is
absolutely no cost for this information. If you have
questions, there will be answers. One of my roles would
be to train you. I love seeing people succeed so I will
want to help you to succeed. After all, the better I
train you the more success you have, and the more success
I have. Once you are trained and on your own, I will
then be back out in the park hiking while my commission
cheques are deposited. What you learn from me and others
in the company will be passed on by you to your downline.
It is a very simple business to learn.

of Ways to Sell
I
did not want to be limited to one way of selling. I
did not want to have to sell just to my friends. Our
company allows us to sell to stores, to flea markets,
at booths, by doing fundraisers, by holding parties,
open houses, direct mail, selling online and by receiving
residual income. It did not matter that I am not your
"salesperson" type. I am just an honest person
selling a great product. I did not want to be out in
the public eye and gravitated to internet marketing
because of this. Within a two month period I managed
to have 3,000 people start visiting me each and every
month wanting to know about my products. Before this
I knew very little about internet marketing. The training
I received was so excellent that I picked it up right
